Primark Haul - December 2013

I jumped on the tube a few stops to Primark's flagship. Not only is it 4 floors of stock but it also opens at 8am. If you get there at that time you'll have a nice stress free, empty store to browse.

'Organised' 'empty fitting rooms' & 'space to manoeuvre' are not phrases often associated with the shopping experience attached to this shop. Neither is the words 'no queues' - so it's well worth the early wake up call!

Firstly I picked up this floral top which I could easily envision on the rail in Zara. Aside from black the shade to feature heavily in my wardrobe is this nude/dusky pink tone so knew it would get plenty of wear.

I popped into Topshop two weeks ago & loved their short sleeved furry offerings so bought two at £28 each. A fortnight later good old Primark cottoned on to the fluffy knit trend and are now selling identical for a tenner! I bought this in black...

...and white as well.

Candy colours are big for 2014, so this cute fluffy heart print sweater also made it into my basket.

...and this sparkly cardi for which the pictures do no justice!

At the Primark flagship, their sale stuff tends to be quite decent and not the tatty dregs found in other branches.

I picked up this tartan jacket for £10 (originally £25)

Very Nicolas Mcdonald! (of XFactor fame...in case you had forgotten already...)

Another sale buy includes this cropped baroque oxblood jacket for £7. It's not warm enough to wear right now but maybe one for next Autumn as the shade tends to come 'in' again year after year.

My final sale find was this waterfall kimono-esque throw over. It was only £5 and handy to chuck on to jazz up a lazy day basic tee.

I always Sky+ This Morning and wizz through the show when I get home. I tend to forward pass the serious talky bits (oops!) & giggle along when Phil & Holly host the more light hearted segments.

I noticed in a fashion feature this chained clutch was just £10 from Primark. I managed to bag (hoho!) the last one and am really impressed with the intricate detailing. I'm confident the same would set you back £30+ in somewhere like Accessorize - my bargain of the day I think!

I also picked up this foil textured tee with gold detailing. Handy to wear dressed up or down. Similar can be found on the rails in River Island for double the dosh.

I bought this black and silver beaded rope necklace for a bargain £6

I also bought this statement piece on realising I didn't own any navy neckwear.

From the Limited Edition range I picked up this loud peice which would nicely dress up a plain top for a night out...

...& this white chain which wears well poking from behind a collared shirt.

I also picked up some falsies having been impressed with my last lot.

I particularly like these as they're subtlety festive!

I found these Kiss lashes amongst the last few on the shelf at £1.50. They're quite full compared to my usual Eylure's but will do me well for NYE!

And finally, as I'm one of those annoying people who declare in January 'I'm going on a diet' I bought this...

Whenever it makes it's way out the packet remains to be seen and I should probably point out that I photographed this lot whilst eating a mince pie!

Have you found any Primark bargains this month? xx
